I led the digital transformation that increased annual margin by approx. £100M+, scaling digital delivery team from 35 to 70+, implementing new org structures and training schemes. My teams led the modernisation of core systems from ERP to payments to crew management. My teams helped cut contact centre call volumes by 20% through self-service, process improvements and improve holiday management tools


I led the digital product group to launch and scale a new 3rd-party marketplace from £0 to £120M/year in 18 months, Alongside this, I led the improvement of payments infrastructure handling £1.8B+ online revenue annually, and established the company’s product management practice helping improve alignment across teams and roadmaps for the whole of M&S.
I led the delivery of the new performance data platform to unify all data types across the business, from time series to manufacturing, we implemented low-code tools to speed operational decision-making, I worked as the only product manager on this, and managed the commercial agreements with suppliers alongside defining the strategy, scope and roadmap.
I designed product strategy and delivered the MVP for a GenAI procurement analytics platform. Working with the leadership team I helped define the go-to-market strategy, enabling the company to secure seed funding and scale their enterprise client base.
